The founders

Co-founder

An investment consultant and Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Dhaka. He brought the consulting habit into the company: assess the business properly, plan from that assessment, then execute. The two met in 2018 on an NGO project where that approach changed how Fahim worked.

Founder and CEO

Computer Science at BRAC University, then a software engineer who kept taking work outside engineering, a Dhaka agency, an Australian startup, an edtech venture, a US small business. Everywhere he went, the same failure repeated, and it was never the technology.

Who does the work

You will be working with a proper team.

Software engineers

They have built and maintained real business systems. If your process has an exception, they will build for that exception. They will not ask you to change how your office works.

Designers

They design the screens so your own staff can use them. If a new person needs training every time, the design is at fault, not your staff.

Senior tech consultants

They have worked with owners and management before. They will understand your business first, and if software is not needed, they will tell you clearly.
