Yes. We review the existing setup first, get the access and documentation in order, then take it on. If something is built in a way we cannot safely maintain, we will tell you before starting.
Retainer clients get priority response on the same working day, and urgent problems such as a site being down are handled immediately. On-call clients are answered within one working day.
For retainers, yes. The monthly amount depends on how many systems are covered and how much change work you expect. On-call support is charged per job instead.
Then on-call support is enough. You contact us when something needs attention and we charge for that work only. Many clients start this way and move to a retainer later.
For urgent issues affecting customers, yes. Routine work is done in working hours. If your business runs in the evening or on Fridays, we agree the hours in advance.
Yes. Retainers include a set amount of change work each month, such as new reports, extra pages or small features. Larger projects are quoted separately.
Access is documented and kept with your company, not with an individual. You keep ownership of hosting, domains and accounts throughout.
Yes. It works month to month after the first term. If you stop, we hand over documentation and access so nothing is locked with us.
